throughout all levels of the ordering
and development process. “We pride
ourselves on our top-notch customer
service,” says Perrone. “Whether you
are dealing with a customer service
representative, the marketing team
or someone from manufacturing, your
questions and concerns will be treated
with the upmost importance every time.
We enjoy working with our customers
and we look forward to each new project
they bring our way.”
Perrone Aerospace is committed to
using the highest quality raw materials
and offering a quicker-than-average
turnaround time. Approaching its
20th anniversary as Perrone
Aerospace, the company’s
team of design and
development experts
has expanded on
its creativity and
responsiveness
over the years.
“We offer infinite
possibilities when
it comes to colour
and visual design,”
says Cognetti. “Our
goal is to inspire our
customers and act as a design and
technical resource during the process,
all while meeting the quality
requirements of the industry.”
WORKING WITH ALCANTARA
Monitoring trends in adjacent markets
is crucial for any area of design. Perrone
says its partnership with Italian
manufacturer Alcantara has proven
to be a great asset. “Alcantara has long
been well respected and desired in the
automotive industry, the fashion
industry and even in interior design,”
says Cognetti. “Their products are the
gold standard of luxury textiles, so it
only makes sense that people
would want them in their
aircraft as well.”
He notes that when
working with nonleather
products
such as Alcantara,
Perrone has to
adjust its way
of thinking a bit.
“The design and
development team at
Alcantara periodically
sends us interesting new
ideas and products,
often from other
markets, that are new
to aviation,” explains
Cognetti. “Many times,
these products have not yet
been validated for the aviation
market and must be run through
our quality department for testing.”
INSPIRING EXCELLENCE
Even without an aviation seal of
approval, these products are used
to spark creativity with Perrone’s
customers and team. “New products
and new technologies are important,
but being able to collaborate internally
– with Alcantara and with our customers
– is what keeps everyone creative and
moving forward,” says Cognetti.
With many changes expected in the
industry in the new year, the Perrone
team is continuing to make a splash in
the aerospace market, pushing the limits
and bringing new ideas to reality.
