VoxAP, Simwood’s new
mobile VoIP Client
Mobile VoIP clients aren’t new,
but the good ones are rarer
than Unicorns. VoxAP is as
fast as any mobile to connect
and super-secure, delivering on
Simwood’s key values of privacy,
and security directly to endusers,
but via the channel. e
service is available locally AND
globally on iOS and Android.
Under the hood, VoxAP
leverages the Opus codec to
ensure optimum voice quality,
and uses WebRTC and some
secret sauce to give maximum
security and “it just works”
performance.
Customers can provision end
users via the Simwood API or via
their portal, simply by scanning
a QR code within VoxAP. at
means that code, or the trunk it
relates to, can be easily linked to
Customers and their branding
– in colours and logos - and
the wishes of any Customer
who wants to present the entire
experience as their own can also
be accommodated. End users
can then make outgoing calls
and receive all incoming calls
linked to that trunk.

Simwood, offering you the
best of both worlds
Simon Woodhead explains: “By
combining our own network
infrastructure, one that we can
control (unlike those who live
in the cloud) with our own
API, we provide a foundation
platform with the power to
allow innovating customers
to congure and integrate our
services with their own.”
“We are an enabler,
empowering innovating
companies to create groundbreaking,
next generation,
technologies over real-time
communications. To leverage
the latest encryption standards,
preventing threats and
mitigating VoIP fraud, to protect
those innovators and their end
users.”
“We are really excited about
where we are now and the
potential of what we are working
on going forward, both here
in the UK and globally,” said
Simon Woodhead. “Whilst
others concentrate on local
