Aurora becomes
independent of Daisy Group
AURORA KENDRICK
JAMES (Aurora)
became its own
independent reseller
software company
recently. While still
independent, Aurora
remains within
the Daisy group of
businesses.
Their software
and services enable
resellers to monitor
and control sales,
order, provisioning,
billing, support and
self-service. Each
module has been designed and developed to remove unnecessary
complexity and to give customers greater insight and reporting as to
how their business is shaping up.
CEO Ant Molloy (pictured) said “I am delighted and honoured to
have been asked by Matthew Riley to lead this newly expanded
200 strong software business. I am equally delighted and thankful
that Derek Watson will remain with the larger business leading and
driving operational transformation.
The close relationship we have with Digital Wholesale Solutions
will be a key part of delivering our platform to the market, allowing us
to focus on creating the best product and services in the market.
With the rise of automation, AI and machine learning, this is such
an invigorating time for software businesses, and I am excited for
the future of Aurora and urge everyone to join us on our journey.”

ICALL SUITE
LAUNCHED
TOLLRING HAS ANNOUNCED its hybrid iCall Suite analytics and call
recording solutions on MiVoice Business and Panasonic NS700
phone systems, with Avaya IP Offi ce coming soon. The cloud
solution connects to on-premises PBX equipment, providing channel
partners another opportunity to talk to their customers and provide
a product with all of the benefi ts of iCall Suite’s online services when
they are not yet able or willing to upgrade their cloud telephony.
Tollring’s Director of Sales Operations, Simon Whatley (pictured),
said, “The signifi cant proportion of businesses still using onpremises
PBX systems can now tap into the full advantages of
cloud-based call analytics and recording. iCall Suite delivers the
insight needed for businesses to truly understand how they engage
with their customers and positively infl uence customer experience.
“For the channel, hybrid solutions are a proven way to reduce
churn, increase recurring revenue, and guide customers along their
journey to cloud. Partners can also maximise their opportunities
by having one solution for any analytics or recording opportunity
across any region and the option to choose private cloud for white
labelling purposes – something that is becoming increasingly
important in the competitive UC landscape.”
