High reliability and functional safety are

actuators and indicators, protected up to IP67,
work reliably at operating temperatures from –40
°C to +85 °C. e low back panel depth and
robust clip-in or screw-in mounting allow for
easy, exible installation. ese high-quality
devices also o er excellent tactile feedback and
are clearly visible in daylight and at night thanks
to the powerful halo and symbol illumination.
Attractive and con gurable 4-segment halo push
button illumination is integrated as standard,
allowing the operator to get optical feedback for
up to four di erent settings of equipment or one
of its subcomponents – all on one pushbutton.
e customizable illumination provides the
operator with excellent visual feedback and is
combined with a unique, contemporary design.
e design not only relates to technology but also
to aesthetic aspects. A modern, innovative design
also relies on the intuitive understanding of the
symbols used. Whether it is customer speci c
symbol or standard ISO symbol an operator must
easily understand the meaning of the symbol, and
be sure what will happen when pressing a button.
Legends can be selected from an extensive library
of industry-recognised, laser etched ISO 7000
symbols or from customer-supplied graphics to
meet end users’ speci c needs.
