has announced the hire of Peter
Rampling as Chief Commercial Offi cer

Emma Blackburn has joined Elite Group
as their new Financial Director, to
work alongside CFO, Rob Burbidge.
Before joining Elite, Emma was Finance
Director at M247 and held multiple

CRAIG SCOTT, FORMERLY
Regional Director of Scotland
with MLL Telecom (pictured),
has joined the expanding team
at Edinburgh-headquartered
Commsworld, bringing over 20
years’ experience to his new
role as Public Sector Business
Development Director.
With almost a decade of
working primarily in public
sector sales for Updata
Infrastructure and Boston
Networks, Craig will be
responsible for implementing
and delivering a strategy
to help the fi rm drive major
growth in this area.
He said: “There’s a great
deal of untapped potential
within Commsworld – it is a
fi rm which is really up there
competing with the major
players across the UK in terms
of its capability in delivering
public sector contracts.”
EX-BT CEO PATTERSON JOINS PURPLE WIFI
MANCHESTER-BASED TECH FIRM,
Purple WiFi, have announced
former BT Chief Executive, Gavin
Patterson (pictured), is joining
the company as a non-exec
Director in what is a major
coup for the fast-growing WiFi
platform and analytics provider.
On Patterson’s joining of the
company, Purple Founder, Gavin
Wheeldon, said: “It’s a real honour
to have Gavin Patterson join the
board alongside Sir Terry Leahy
and Bob Willett. Given Purple’s goto
market is channel-based, and a
large component of that is through
telecoms, Gavin’s expertise will
be invaluable in helping us scale
up our existing relationships and
helping us attract new partners
around the world.”
On accepting the role at Purple,
Patterson said: “There is no doubt
the analytics and engagement
tools enjoyed by digital properties
will soon be commonplace in
physical spaces. Purple is leading
the fi eld having already secured
some of the biggest brand names
in the world. I look forward to
helping on their continued global
expansion plans.
AUDPRO APPOINTS DUDLEY SOUTHERN
IN RESPONSE TO its growing base of Channel
partners, and requests for a higher level of
collaboration between AudPro and its partner
network, AudPro has fi lled the position of Channel
Account Manager with the hiring of Dudley
Southern.
Having cut his teeth as Head of Client
Management with Media Apps Limited and as a
Researcher with Robert Walters, Dudley has left
his most recent position, as a Product Specialist
with Tesla, to take a Senior Leadership position at
AudPro.
Dudley Southern commented, “I’m incredibly
excited for this opportunity. Customer care has
always been a passion of mine and I can’t wait
to get to know our network of Resellers, discover
their struggles and support them in providing the

appointed as Sabio Group CEO
where he will lead the ongoing
development, communication
and execution of a clear and
compelling strategy for Sabio
for the next stage of its journey.
Jonathan (pictured) brings
over 30 years’ experience in
the SaaS technology industry,
20 of which being focused
on Customer Experience and
Contact Centres.
Andy Roberts will transition
to a new role as Vice-Chairman
and will be continuing his work
on inorganic growth. Backed
by Horizon Capital, Sabio has
completed 6 acquisitions in the
last 3 years.
