Channel Live opens this September!
Channel Live will open once again this September as the industry gathers once more at the NEC in Birmingham to
network, strike deals and educate themselves on new products and industry trends. With the speaker programme
now announced we are set for another cracking Channel-only ICT event.
DAY 2 PANELS
HOW TO BECOME A £100M RESELLER
In this seminar, we speak to channel leaders who have grown their businesses
beyond the £100m level and those who are on their way. We’ll be asking them
the secrets of their success, what they’ve learned along the way and what
advice they have for resellers with big ambitions. We’ll also be asking Adam
Zoldan, Director at Knight Corporate Finance what he thinks the best way of
scaling your business is. At a time when investment levels are high and the
market is buoyant, this is a must-see session.
CONNECTIVITY AS A COMMODITY
Innovation at the application level is occurring at a rapid rate, but without the
foundations (connectivity) in place we are essentially a three-legged donkey
trying to win the Grand National.
In an increasingly cloud based world nothing really works, no user experience
is delivered and most businesses grind to halt without connectivity.
Today, many organisations regard that connectivity with a mixture of
feelings; for some connectivity is regarded as being crucial to their ongoing
business operations whilst others regard it as just another commodity to be
sourced and the most competitive price point.
In this session panellists will learn where they can differentiate with their own
connectivity offering to enable them to break away from the race to the bottom.

Enterprises serve customers,
not ‘Just’ contact centers
To be relevant in today’s world,
organisations need to compete on
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Which is why
most organisations have some form of CX
transformation project currently underway; focused
on improving their front offi ce processes, people and
technologies, to make it faster, easier, and better for consumers to transact and
interact with them.
But what’s the value for consumers purchasing a product or service at the
click of a button, if the parts of the business responsible for delivering that
product or service aren’t moving at the same speed? Or, when it arrives it’s
broken? Or the customer can’t install it? Or doesn’t know how to use it?
This presents a great opportunity for Channel Partners but a broader
more integrated approach is required; UC and CC are no longer sperate
conversations. By introducing real-time and seamless collaboration between
the front and back offi ce, infusing contact center capabilities such as routing,
analytics, SLA management and workfl ow into the back offi ce, and making
back offi ce insights and capabilities available to the contact center, partners
can make a huge difference to their customer’s CX.
