MITEL APPOINTS MCDOWELL AS CEO
MITEL HAS ANNOUNCED the
appointment of Mary T. McDowell
(pictured) as president and chief
executive offi cer.
Most recently, McDowell
was CEO and board member
for Polycom, where she led
Polycom through a strategic
operating model transformation
resulting in a successful sale to
Plantronics in 2018.
Former CEO, Rich McBee, has
accepted a new executive role
and departs Mitel after leading
the company through a period
of strategic transformation,
including driving Mitel’s
industry consolidation strategy,
completing more than a dozen
acquisitions and strategic
transactions.
McDowell commented “I’m
excited about the opportunities
that lie ahead and eager to work
closely with Mitel’s experienced
team and network of partners
to continue delivering solutions
that make communications and
collaboration more seamless for
our customers.”
TOMLINSON STEPS INTO
CEO ROLE AT WINDSOR
WINDSOR TELECOM HAS
announced the appointment
of Pete Tomlinson (pictured)
as CEO to spearhead a new
phase in the company’s
growth.
Pete brings huge
experience in transforming
and scaling telecoms and
technology businesses,
most recently as MD of
TalkTalk Business Direct and
previously masterminding
the reinvention of Eclipse
that more than doubled its
size and created a leading
MSP, prior to its integration
with KCOM. He has also
held leadership roles at
Cable&Wireless and telecoms
infrastructure provider
Fibernet.
Tomlinson said “This really
is an exceptional opportunity.

Ioan MacRae joins Maintel
IOAN MACRAE HAS joined Maintel as Chief Executive Offi cer.
Commenting on his appointment as CEO, MacRae (pictured) said

Prior to this appointment, Ioan was Managing Director for the UK

held a number of senior leadership positions in the industry both
within the UK and internationally. He has considerable experience in
