Affi nity Billing Lite is designed
specifi cally for Digital Wholesale

bill their customers, manage
their provisioning, tariff plans
and charges within the Digital
Wholesale Portal.

Tech Data agrees $5.4bn bid by Apollo
TECH DATA HAS agreed to sell
itself to private equity giant
Apollo Global Management of
New York for $5.4 billion.
Apollo will pay $130 per share
of common stock, which Tech
Data said is a premium of nearly
25 per cent over its average
closing stock price for the 30
days before news of the offer
surfaced.
