Founded in 2001, NTA are a Hosted Telephony provider that exclusively works with the channel
community.

we consider our helpdesk to be our centre of excellence. NTA own, operate and develop our Hosted
Telephony platform, this is all carried out in house from our head offi ce in Romford. We believe our

Overview of products and services
NTA offers the reseller community a
completely white labelled Hosted Telephony
platform, which also includes an integrated
billing engine. We give you the choice of what
handsets you would like to connect, who’s
connectivity you use and the type of router
to be supplied, although we can, if you prefer,
offer all components of the solution required
as a wraparound and end to end service.
The unique selling points
Our USP is based on how you buy the service
from us. The main model that is chosen by our
partners is based on the concurrency of calls
as opposed to the Per Seat option used by
other vendors. The concurrency across our
platform is generally 25 seats to 1 call going on
at a time therefore the margins that are made
by resellers is reported by them to us as 80%
gross profi t!
The benefi ts to the Partner
There are many benefi ts in partnering
with NTA - not just the amazing margins
opportunity. One unique benefi t is that as
you are not buying on a Per Seat basis, at the
point of sale there is no deal that cannot be
won! You can easily price end users Per Seat
cost as you see fi t maybe slightly above your
competitors buy prices and your margins will
still be excellent.
How a Partner can add the product/service to
their portfolio
We position ourselves as one of the
easiest organisations to do business with,
so onboarding with NTA is simple. Firstly,
you sign a reseller agreement, we deliver
comprehensive sales and technical training
and then provide you with a fully white
labelled marketing pack of all of our products
and services. We do not believe in minimum
commitment targets and fully support you
from day one!
Additional information
NTA’s concurrency model is ideal for
reseller partners that are particularly
margin driven, however we also have a
Per Seat license option if you prefer this
way of buying your Hosted seats. With
every seat we include 5,000 minutes to 01,
02, 03 and to 07 numbers on the UK main
mobile networks priced at £4.75 Per Seat.
