Overview of products and services
NFON delivers a complete PBX with all the
functionalities an organisation needs, virtual
mailboxes to call queues and everything in
between. The last year has been incredibly
exciting for NFON in terms of product
development. We recently announced our
completely newly developed telephony
solution, Cloudya, which provides an integrated
user interface via one single login. It’s an
important milestone in the history of the
NFON Group. We are setting an example in the
European market and laying the foundation for
dynamic and constant development on the way
to comprehensive UCaaS offerings from NFON
AG – including screen sharing, chat and video.
The unique selling points
The market for cloud telephony is still in its
infancy and is increasing at a rapid rate. The
switch-off of ISDN and the move towards
All-IP networks that has been announced
by incumbent carriers in Europe will result in
additional growth in the cloud PBX segment
that will benefit NFON. Our proposition makes
us unique in the market – as it’s our platform
and technology we can drive our own product
roadmap and react much more quickly to
partner and customer needs.

We are growing and investing in our channel
programme. A few months ago, we opened
our first UK office outside of our London
headquarters, in Manchester, which will
enable us to enhance our support for
our Northern partners. On top of that our
successful IPO last year has given us the
financial firepower to invest more in sales and
marketing, so we can literally put our money
where our mouth is.
