Businesses are constantly looking to get more for less when it comes to their
technology which has pushed many of them into consolidating their suppliers.
Why have ten suppliers when you can have one or two (one throat to choke as

seeing partners widening their propositions as they hone in on more of
their customer’s ICT spend, whilst fending o partners who are trying

Widening your portfolio is one thing, keeping it up to
date with the latest innovations is another. Businesses are
going through a huge amount of change right now as digital
technologies take root. e SME community however is,
according to Cloud Industry Forum, lagging somewhat with
just 29% of them admitting to having a digital transformation
strategy in place.
As the dominenet force in the SME space Channel Partners have
a great opportunity to drive new technology and business models.
Customers are asking for digital technologies already to help drive
e cienceis and process within their own businesses. e Channel
must equip itself to deal with those transformational type
questions and align themselves to vendors and suppliers which can
facilitate the journey.
