and channel focus. Indirect remains the primary new business acquisition channel. We have created a
robust service wrap to support partner sales, taking care of the billing and collection, with service teams
looking after customers, and a back offi ce support function. Account managers are here to advise,

working. Where a partner feels confi dent
in selling all of the services we offer them,
we provide them with the marketing tools
they need and let them get on with it. We
just process those orders and bill them. For
a less confi dent partner, we provide training
and support in meetings. We can even sell
our services into customers on a partner’s
behalf. We also offer fl exible commission
plans.

Business Development Managers are
committed solely to our partners. We work
with partners to grow their existing portfolio
of products and services, and ultimately
their revenues. The customers remain the
partner’s, but we bill and service them,
removing the need for upfront capital
investment in billing platforms and staff.

How a partner can add the product/service
to their portfolio
Adding Daisy’s products and services to
their portfolio is easy. For anyone new to
the channel, our Business Development
Managers will assess the company’s needs
in terms of training and support required.
Our channel portal is there to capture orders
with a back-offi ce workfl ow to ensure orders
can be fulfi lled. We have internal account
managers ready to help partners adopt new
products and services and support through
every stage of an order submission.
Additional information
There is a lot of change coming for the
channel in 2020. New regulations coming into
play around Contract End Date notifi cations
are signifi cant for the channel and the PTSN
switch off is set to have an even greater
impact as deadlines draw closer. The beauty
