Raghav leads Nokia’s fast-growing Nokia
Enterprise business group, working to deliver
mission-critical networks and digital automation
solutions to a range of verticals. These include
energy, transportation, manufacturing, logistics,
government entities, and webscale businesses.
He was previously Senior Vice President of
Global Sales and Market Services for Nokia
Software. He led a global team including sales,
consulting, solution architecture, services
delivery, and customer care.
Raghav has more than 30 years of experience
leading high-tech companies in the areas of IT,
enterprise software, and telecommunications.
He joined Nokia from NICE Ltd, a worldwide,
leading provider of cloud and on-premises
software solutions. Prior to this, he held several
executive positions at Oracle, Comverse, CSG,
and Lucent Technologies, among others.

sector. He also led a team of security analysts
at a consultancy rm where he delivered a
range of complex projects to both industry and
government.
He has travelled extensively, developing a
global network of security contacts.

Adrian Scrase
CTO
ETSI
Adrian has operational responsibility for all
ETSI’s standards production activities. He
has more than 30 years of experience in
telecommunications, and 25 in standardisation.
He played a central role in the creation of
3GPP and is responsible for the operations of
its Project Co-ordination Group. He also heads
3GPP’s Mobile Competence Centre (MCC),
which is an international team of 20 experts.
He was principally involved in the formation
of the ‘oneM2M’ Partnership Project.

Paul is Motorola Solutions’ Senior Vice
President of Technology, responsible for its
technology policy, patent operations and
strategic technical projects.
He joined the company in 1992 as a senior
software development engineer in the wireless
infrastructure group. Prior to his current
position, Paul was chief technology of cer
for nine years, where he was responsible
for technology strategy and venture capital
investment. In his earlier career at Motorola,
he was chief architect for carrier broadband
wireless network infrastructure products,
operating within the infrastructure unit.
Before joining Motorola, he was a
distinguished member of the technical staff at
AT&T Bell Laboratories where he worked on
operating system development.
Paul was recently recognised by Fast
Company as one of 2020’s most creative
people in business. He serves on the
board of the Telecommunications Industry
Association and is a member of the Federal
Communications Commission Technical
Advisory Council.

Mladen has more than 38 years of experience
in telecommunications, including fteen
years in public safety. He was responsible
for all systems for the Serbian police and re
brigades, including emergency call centres and
the public safety TETRA network.
He is Vice-President of EENA (the European
Emergency Number Association). He also
used to work as an expert for Geneva DCAF
(Democratic Control of Armed Forces),
and as public safety specialist at Motorola
Solutions. He served as Chair of the Western
Balkans Telecommunications Committee for
improvement of cross-border cooperation.
