Q: WHY DO YOU THINK SO
MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE
STAYED WITH JET PRESS FOR
SO LONG?
A: We do have a lot of really
loyal customers who have been
with us for a very long time –
30 years or more. One of the
reasons is that we are easy to
do business with. We have a
customer service department
that that many of our
competitors cannot rival. More
than 98% of our deliveries are
on time. We pride ourselves on
our consistently high levels of
service and our commitment
to finding the solution that our
customers are looking for.
Q: HOW MANY ITEMS
DO YOU HOLD IN YOUR
WAREHOUSE?
A: Stock availability is an
important part of our value
to customers. We have 80
million items across our
warehouses. These are spread
across 20,000 standard lines
from 120 different suppliers
management team have been
here from the early days, we
do what we do very well, I
was hired to evolve current
processes and practices,
evolution rather than
revolution.
We now have our
engineering experts working
more closely with the sales
team and we are upskilling
across the board. I want to
make sure the 718 years of
experience we have in the
company is used to deliver the
best possible solu-tions to our
customers.

Q: WITH CUSTOMERS IN 80
COUNTRIES, HOW ARE YOU
PREPARING FOR BREXIT?
A: In 2016 the UK
Government announced
the result of the referendum
to leave the European
Union. Since then we have
been actively working to
understand the impact of the
decision. We have short term
and long term plans and we
are prepared for whatever
deal emerges, even with no
deal, we have made provision
to continue trading under
the rules set out by the WTO
(World Trade Organi-sation).
With local stock holding in
the Czech Republic, Jet Press
is committed to ensure there
will be minimal impact to the
day-to-day transactions with
our customers. Longer term
we intend to increase our
presence in all the countries
where we have customers.

FAMILY OWNED COMPANY.
HOW DOES THAT AFFECT
THE WAY YOU WORK?
A: We’re not a large
Corporate entity driven
by the requirement from
shareholders for short-term
profit and gain. Our priorities
are people, longevity, and
the community, focus is on
the long-term future of the
business, the people within it,
and the people we work with.
Our Chairman, has a one year
old daughter and he wants Jet
Press to be a place that’s still
around for her to play a part
in when she’s older.

A COMPANY WHEN YOU ARE

A: The company has been
established for 40 years,
