The three-day event will see conference
sessions from some of the industry’s leading
names, who will cover topics including health
& safety, energy, materials handling and lean
manufacturing in a full programme of keynote
presentations and panel discussions to help
manufacturing leaders gain the knowledge and
expertise they need to boost productivity and
profi t on their site.
Speakers already confi rmed for MMS include
Frazer Mackay, operations director at Oxford gas
sensor manufacturer, Crowcon,
who’ll be sharing his experience
of engaging a workforce with
lean manufacturing. Peter Ward,
CEO of the UK Warehousing
Association, will take part
in a panel debate including
a number of other leading
organisations to explore the
post-Brexit trading landscape
and how manufacturers can
streamline their supply chains
to maximise the opportunities
the change will bring. Also on
the bill is leadership coach Guy
Ratcliff e, who will demonstrate
how a manager’s greatest asset
is their workforce.
