JUDGES TOP TIPS
Convey Emotion - Emotion is missing from a
lot of entries, if a company really cares about its
products then its customers will too.
Context - Articulating the di erence you are
making to a particular customer is important.
Don’t cut and paste – If you take
information directly from your website it is
immediately obvious.
Customer satisfaction scores matter - if
you feature on platforms such as TrustPilot
then let us know.
Follow the entry brief – Be succinct with
responses that illustrate the points you want to
make – don’t overdo the word count.
Focus on business outcomes - Judges
like to hear about the business outcomes that
products/service/applications will deliver and
how this will improve user’s business. If you
can demonstrate customer ROI please include
it.
Include important data like company
turnover – if you omit data and another
company doesn’t, the judges have to mark you
down.
