Tull has nearly 15 years’ experience in HR,
most recently at Barclays as the HR director for
international finance and group treasury
globally. Here she focused on a range of strategic
and operational HR services and initiatives
including change management, organisational
design and cultural integration.
Cavanna Homes has hired
Victoria Potter as its new head
of HR.
Potter has a strong background
in human resources management
and employee professional
development. She was previously head of HR and
training at British Ceramic Tile. At Cavanna
Homes she will support the company’s 130
employees with a focus on raising awareness of
mental health.
Potter said: “Moving into home building has
been a big step, but the ethos and goals at

has welcomed Sean Leahy as
its new executive director of
people and culture.
Leahy, who has more than 20

years’ experience as an HR director, has joined
the EPUT team from the Post Office where he
was HR director.
Leahy will be responsible for OD, training and
development, workforce planning, staffing and
payroll. One of his key challenges will be ensuring
the Trust maintains and develops its workforce to
meet the needs of patients now and in the future.
Leahy said he was “delighted” to join EPUT,
adding: “I’m looking forward to working closely
with the individual teams to ensure the Trust
continues to develop its provision of the excellent
services our patients expect and deserve.”

She joins with more than a
decade’s experience in HR and
OD, having previously held roles
with First Direct and Aviva.
With her record of managing change while
focusing on people and culture, Wright has been
tasked with helping to accelerate the company’s
ambition to deliver a people experience that
others look to replicate.
Speaking about what attracted her to the role,
Wright said: “There are very few businesses where

am also personally interested in health and
