NFON UK has forged a partnership
agreement with Nuvola Distribution.
Nuvola will act as Master Agent so
its UK channel partners can sell
communications without limits via
Cloudya, the cloud telephone system
from NFON.
COMBINED
Cinos Limited, the AV integration
specialist, has announced that
it has folded its separate Unifi ed
Communications fi rm, Cinos
Communication Services (CCS), into
its core business. The move follows a
four-year incubation period for CCS, and
will see combined revenues in excess
of £20m.
EXTREME
Extreme Networks has announced a 9
per cent drop in year on year revenues.
The network provider has released
fi nancial results for its fi scal fourth
quarter ended June 30, 2019, fi nishing
the year with $252.4 million of revenue,
a one percent decline on the quarter
too.
Acora completes on Plan-Net
ACORA HAS COMPLETED the acquisition of Plan-Net, another ownermanaged
IT support and services company, based in London.
The merged Group has revenues approaching £30m, more than
70% of which comes from long-term recurring contracts. The
Group will deliver services from four UK service operation centres,
providing full 24/7 coverage to more than 250 high value clients.

COMMUNICATIONS
The VAR’s Preferred Distributor
ONECOM HAS SECURED a £100 million funding package
from mid-market private equity fi rm LDC and credit funds
managed by an affi liate of Ares Management Corporation
to help support organic and acquisitive growth.
Onecom currently manages nearly 100,000 business
customers, delivering communication services and
unifi ed solutions across fi xed line voice, connectivity
and cloud computing to some of the UK’s most dynamic
companies.
Onecom is led by CEO Ben Dowd (pictured), former Group
Sales and Business Director at O2. The investment from LDC
will be used to help meet the signifi cant growth plans that
Dowd and his management team have been working on.

Ingram expands AWS partnership to UK&I
INGRAM MICRO WILL be expanding their partnership with AWS to the
UK & Ireland in a move to grow its IaaS capabilities and deliver more
for their channel partners.
