HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS FOR OFF-HIGHWAY
VEHICLES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR DRIVER WELLBEING AND
REQUIRE THERMAL MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE
For industrial vehicles, thermal
management is the key to being prepared
no matter the season or weather. Reliable heating
and cooling solutions from Eberspächer and its
recently created subsidiary Eberspächer Kalori
offer comfort and safety for every application, all
from a single source.
One-stop solution
French climate control specialist Eberspächer
Kalori has great experience in the development,
application and production of air-conditioning
and ventilation systems for construction,
agricultural and forestry machinery. As a heating
and cooling expert, Eberspächer has been a
competent global partner in this area for many
years. The two companies’ competencies
complement each other perfectly.
“Thanks to our shared expertise, we offer
customers from all over the world an even wider
range of combined thermal management systems
from a single source through our global service

Pleasant temperatures and clean air
To ensure drivers of tractors and construction
equipment can focus on their work even in
extreme heat or cool temperatures, optimal
climate control of the driver’s cab is essential.
With KAB, Eberspächer Kalori offers a new airconditioning
system that integrates air
distribution and manual operating elements, and
can easily be installed in the cab roof, no matter
its size. This is also available as a combined
HVAC version for heating, ventilation and
cooling. Furthermore Eberspächer Kalori offers
cabin pressurization systems such as the K Protec

KAB is the ideal solution for
comfortable temperatures in the

where a filter system in the driver’s cab filters out
pollutants and dust particles from the cab air,
while the overpressure prevents them from
entering. The K Protec enables cab certification
in accordance with EN 15695 Category 4.
Reliable electric heating for all drive types
Even at low temperatures, work at construction
sites and in forestry and agricultural business
must go on. Eberspächer’s new Titronic CCHV
50 G3 is a purely electrical solution for fast,
reliable heating of commercial and special
vehicles with a hybrid or electric drive. The
compact high-voltage coolant heater warms up
the driver’s cab with positive temperature
coefficient (PTC) technology. With their insystem
self-control effect, these highperformance
PTC elements protect against
overheating, enabling safe and powerful heating.
