GAUCHO WORKED WITH DESIGNLSM TO UPDATE ONE OF
ITS RESTAURANTS WITH A MODERN ARGENTINE AESTHETIC
Evolving its concept to operate
with a more socially and
focus, restaurant brand Gaucho
turned to DesignLSM to create an
interior for its Charlotte Street site
in London, UK, that would reflect
this vision, the spirit and
landscapes of modern Argentina
and the Gaucho way of life.
“It was important that we still
stayed true to the brand’s roots
but with a creative approach that
would move away from the
cowhide of old and on to a more
refined aesthetic that celebrates
the modern-day Gaucho,” says
