Dylan leads the government business unit at
OneWeb. He oversees a global team responsible
for developing service propositions for global
connectivity in the government sector. His team is also responsible for
leveraging the company’s unique satellite production and operations
capabilities for third party missions.
Prior to joining OneWeb, Dylan was COO at COMSAT, and was
previously also at Airbus Defence and Space CIS.
OneWeb is building a next generation satellite network to deliver global
broadband communications. It is launching and operating a constellation
of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, together with a network of global
gateway stations.

Eric has many years of experience in information
and communication technology. He has worked in
large companies such as Nortel Networks, and as CTO of the Maple
Networks start-up in Silicon Valley.
He joined Airbus in 2004 and since then has been working in the elds
of secured communications, cybersecurity and intelligence. He is now
in charge of strategy, marketing, portfolio management and business
development for Airbus Secure Land Communications.

David is a senior technologist working for
Motorola Solutions in the area of advanced system
architecture and design. He is a specialist in wireless
communication system security.
He is active in the standardisation of mission critical communications
systems and holds a number of positions of responsibility in that eld.
This includes Vice Chair of ETSI TC TCCE, Chair of TC TCCE WG4 -
responsible for high speed data and broadband services - and Vice Chair
of TC TCCE WG 6 (responsible for security).
David holds a BSc in electronic and electrical engineering from the
University of Birmingham in the UK. He is a Chartered Engineer and
a Fellow of the IET. He holds a number of patents in the eld of radio
communications systems.

Robin is an independent government advisor
and technology advocate. He has advised government bodies, and
many global public safety agencies, on the deployment of large scale,
leading-edge technology projects and programmes. He has a detailed
understanding of critical communications operational systems, LTE,
TETRA, broadband and complex control room integration.
He has worked across the globe and is a specialist in providing
business case justi cation, benchmarking and procurement support
for complex technology programmes. He is Chair of the TCCA Future
Technologies Group.

on mission critical communications for public safety.
Since graduating with a Master’s in telecommunications, he has gained
30 years of experience working for mobile communications solution
providers. He has operated in a variety of international roles, including
engineering, product management, marketing, business development
and sales.

Making sense of MCX deployment options
Ritesh is the Director of MCPTT services at
Southern Linc. He started at the company in 2018,
working on de ning its next generation MCPTT solution while also
managing the devices and applications portfolio.
He has fteen years of experience, with ten of those being in the LTE
push-to-talk space, and another in land mobile radio systems. He has
worked in leadership, and architect positions at both Southern Linc and
Motorola Solutions.
He has a MS in computer science from Northern Illinois University, and
a BS in computer engineering from Iowa State University.
