PININFARINA HAS BROUGHT MODERN, FLUID SHAPES
TO THIS DESIGN FOR A 32-FLOOR RESIDENTIAL TOWER
Having worked together once
before, Brazilian developer Cyrela
turned again to Pininfarina to
create a modern and luxurious
design for its latest project, the
Heritage 32-floor tower. The
building is currently under
construction in the Itaim Bibi
area of São Paulo, Brazil.
It will feature 31 apartments,
ranging from 6,135-7,535ft2 (570-
700m2) and all featuring large
balconies. Many of the interior
walls are clad in massive panels
broken up by fluid lines that are
highlighted by back lighting.
Curves abound, as in Pininfarina’s
098 OCTOBER 2019
recent VIP aircraft concept
created with AMAC (see page 16).
The same care has been taken
with the tower’s communal areas,
which include a garage, indoor
and outdoor adult pools, a kids’
pool, a kids’ area and playground,
a tennis court, lounges, a bar, a
ballroom with an outdoor terrace,
a gym and a spa.
“Smart design is consistently
anticipating future scenarios to
find continuous innovation
focussed on the user experience
and quality of life,” comments
Paolo Pininfarina, chairman
