n a global scenario without
borders, Aviointeriors knows
that the key to success is
innovation. Innovation, together with
the creation of a bespoke products, is in
Aviointeriors’ DNA, and has enabled the
company to be a leader in aircraft seat
manufacturing since 1972.
As 2019 draws to a close, Aviointeriors
has already planned its vision for 2020
and the following three years. Besides
improvements across its entire product
range, an enlargement of the product
range, and creating new concepts and
ideas, Aviointeriors also continually
optimises, improves and innovates its
production processes in order to push
quality standards to a higher level, and
to reduce the environmental impacts
of its activities and products in order
to contribute to the protection of the
environment. In this context Aviointeriors
continues to invest in Industry 4.0, in
R&D, and in new design processes in order
to reduce materials waste, to continue
reducing the weight of its seats, and to
introduce new materials.
In term of products, the company is
preparing to present improvements in
its Michelangelo economy class seating
family (long, medium and short range),
with the implementation of new materials
and new engineering solutions enabling
