Teague is synonymous with beautiful
cabin and product design, brand strategy
and CMF, and as such has recently
produced products including Oman Air’s
new first and business class cabins, which
have received several awards since their
launch. Oman Air needed a halo product
to stand out in the crowded ultra firstclass
market. To authentically understand
these exclusive customers, Teague deeply
immersed themselves in the physical,
cultural and natural elements of Oman.
The results were reflective of the airline’s
brand positioning, but also managed to
deliver the most beautifully integrated
high-walled suites available in any
Dreamliner first-class cabin. It’s this
pairing of innovation and customer
comfort that has led to the airline
punching well above its weight in
the crowded Middle East market.
Teague also works closely with seat
manufacturers, meaning it has a very
unique understanding of the entire
airline and future-feeder ecosystem.
Streamlining seat deliveries is crucial
in today’s landscape, with hardware
deliveries now bottlenecking production
lines. So when Jamco needed to improve
product quality, they asked Teague to
partner. Teague developed Jamco’s
Venture business-class seat product to
optimise the seat platform to maximise
comfort and living space, as well as to
further integrate it into the airframe
architecture – something Teague has
unrivalled knowledge of. The Venture
seat will launch in March 2020 with
KLM’s new B787-10s flying between
Delhi and Amsterdam.
An excellent result of Teague working
closely with SMEs and OEMs is the Lift by
EnCore economy class seat. By partnering
with EnCore, Teague helped to design
and build the most comfortable economy
class seat, tailored to the soft, welcoming
contours of aircraft architecture and
