Xelion was founded in the Netherlands in 1988, developing a cloud-based telephony solution that
can optimise effi ciency and performance of business communication. In 2016 Xelion entered the UK
market and Dave Reynolds joined as UK Managing Director. Our focus is on taking our partners on
the journey from being reliant and tied to a single supplier and product to having the skills to control
and manage Xelion as a service provider themselves.
Xelion’s UK customer base has grown to 10,000 seats with a total base of over 140,000 users.
Monthly growth is running at 2,500 to 3,000 users. 90% of Xelion users use the desktop app every

Xelion offers an open platform architecture
that partners can confi gure to customers’
individual needs, There are no hidden extras
or chargeable bolt-ons with all features, even
call-recording included as standard.
Xelion has standardised patented apps for
desktop, mobile and tablet so users can use
the solution anywhere, anytime. The platform
brings together voice, instant-messaging, sms,
wallboards and more, delivering Organised
Communications for customers on any device.
There are fl exible options including managed
multi-tenant for standard hosted deployments,
unmanaged multi-tenant for partners that
want to self-host and unmanaged single tenant
for on premise or virtual installs within private
networks.

offer a personal relationship, with excellent
margins.
Becoming a Xelion partner provides supplier
independence unlike rival platforms, because
Xelion supports any SIP compliant hardware
and can be used with almost any SIP trunk.
Our partner portal is packed with marketing
material including documentation and graphics
for use in proposals, contracts, online and via
social media.
The Xelion hosted telephony service is FREE
to use by partners.
How a Partner can add the product/service to
their portfolio
We are building a nationwide network of
partners that can host, supply and deliver
Xelion anywhere in the UK and beyond.
We provide full technical training for our
partners’ engineers.
Xelion supports handsets from a range of
suppliers including Cisco SPA, Cisco MPP, Yealink,
Snom, Aastra, Polycom, Htek, Snom, Gigaset,
Tiptel and many more. Xelion can adopt, autoprovision
and put the channel partner’s brand on
most handsets on the market.
Additional information
Xelion is not a ‘me-too’ product. First generation
UK hosted voice services provide a very closed
environment where they and not the reseller
have the control and dictate the end product.
But because Xelion has an open architecture,
RESTful APIs allow third-party apps to be
integrated seamlessly with the service,
