The Stadium Managers Association has announced that its 2020 annual seminar will
be held at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Join the activities
in the desert where a Super Bowl party will kick off the program, followed by five days of
events focusing exclusively on operations concerns in stadium and ballpark facilities. General sessions and industryspecific
breakout sessions will address developing issues of concern, best practices, and innovations in security
technology and guest services. Highlights include the Concerns and State of the Business, where top industry officials
give updates and insights on concerns affecting leagues. Three top sporting facilities will be offer for perusal with tours
of Chase Field, home of the MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks, plus NFL’s Arizona Cardinals’ State Farm Stadium where
a demonstration of the retractable field will take place. The third facility will be ISM Raceway, home to NASCAR, where
it will also host a dinner event.
